x 1 handfulParty Ice
x 2 handfulsThe Crushed One
Juice of1/2 a lime
x 50mlVodka
x 3-4Slices of Jalepeno
x 1-2tspFresh Grated Ginger
Top Up:Ginger Beer
Garnish:Jalapeno Slices
Method
1.In a cocktail shaker, add the Party Ice, vodka, lime juice, grapefruit juice, jalapeno slices and ginger. Shake well to combine, the longer you shake the spicier the cocktail.
2.Fill your glass with crushed ice and add the cocktail. Top up with gignger beer.
3.Add sugar syrup to a saucer and roll your rosemary in the syrup, before dropping into a bowl of sugar to coat, this is your candied rosemary. To serve, garnish with jalapeno slices and candied rosemary.
