Made with spiced caramel sauce, vodka and Baileys Irish cream liqueur, it combines all your favourite festive flavours into one guaranteed Christmas dinner party showstopper.

Ingredients

x Handful of Party Ice
x 30ml Caramel Sauce
x 5ml Ground Ginger
x 5ml Mixed Spice
x 50ml Cream
x 50ml Vodka
x 5ml Baileys Irish Cream Liqueur
Garnish: Whipped cream & gingerbread men

Method

1. Combine caramel sauce, mixed spice and ginger in a small jug and stir.
2. Place Party Ice, cream, caramel mixture, vodka and Irish cream liqueur into a cocktail shaker, shake well to combine.
3. Pour into a Martini glass and dollop with whipped cream, decorate with whole and crushed gingerbread men and enjoy!
