Try this one the day after the big day. It's a great palate cleanser and perfect if you're starting earlier than normal to celebrate. Perfect for Boxing Day.

Ingredients

Blue sqiggle
  • x2 handfuls Polar Cube ice
  • x1 measure Vodka
  • x1/2 measure Sugar Syrup
  • Top up Fever Tree Mexican Soda
  • Garnish Lime wedge and mint sprig

Method

Yellow sqiggle
  • 1. Fill a tall glass with ice and pour in the vodka.
  • 2. Add the sugar syrup and top with Mexican Soda.
  • 3. Garnish and serve!
