Hedgerow Strawberry Cucumber Vodka Margarita

In the spirit of spicing up our summer and to celebrate the Championships at Wimbledon, we've created this refreshing Hedgerow Strawberry Vodka Margarita with our friends at Sloemotion Distillery.

Ingredients

x 2-3 Super Cubes
x 1 handful Party Ice
x 45ml Hedgerow Strawberry Spirit Drink with Vodka
x 15ml Triple Sec
x 5ml St Germain Elderflower Liqueur
Juice of 1 Lime
x 1tbsp Agave Syrup
x 1 Large Strawberry
x 2 Slices of Cucumber
Garnish: Cucumber ribbons and a strawberry

Method

1. Add a large, chopped strawberry and 2 slices of cucumber to a cocktail shaker with the Hedgerow Strawberry Spirit Drink with Vodka and muddle.
2. Fill your shaker with Party Ice and add the Triple Sec, St Germain Elderflower Liqueur, Lime Juice and Agave Syrup. Shake well to combine.
3. Add a cucumber ribbon to the inside of the glass then fill with 2-3 Super Cubes. Double strain the cocktail over the ice. To serve, garnish with anothe cucumber ribbon and a strawberry. Enjoy your Hedgerow Strawberry Cucumber Vodka Margarita!
