Ingredients

Blue sqiggle
  • x 2 Super Cubes
  • x 50ml Gin
  • x 15ml St Germain Elderflower Liquor
  • x 50ml Clementine Juice
  • Top Up: Ginger Beer
  • Garnish: Pomegranate Seeds & Fresh Mint Sprig

Method

Yellow sqiggle
  • 1. Add 2 Super Cubes to a Short Glass and add the gin, elderflower liquor and clementine juice.
  • 2. Top up with ginger beer and stir gently.
  • 3. Garnish with pomegranate seeds and a fresh mint sprig to serve. Enjoy your Holly Jolly Gin Fizz!
