Ingredients

x 8 handfuls Crushed Ice
x 1 cup Milk
x 1 cup Double Cream
x 2 dashes Vanilla Essence
x 2 measures Caramel Syrup
x 1 tbsp Rock Salt
x 2 Zip lock bags

Method

1. Pour the milk, cream, vanilla essence & caramel syrup into a zip lock bag then seal.
2. Into another zip lock bag add crushed ice and a table spoon of rock salt.
3. Place the sealed bag of ingredients into the bag of ice and salt, seal and roll around for 2 minutes until the ice cream starts to get thicker. Continue until the consistency is as thick as you desire, then remove and serve.
