x 8 handfulsCrushed Ice
x 1 cupMilk
x 1 cupDouble Cream
x 2 dashesVanilla Essence
x 2 measuresCaramel Syrup
x 1 tbspRock Salt
x 2Zip lock bags
1.Pour the milk, cream, vanilla essence & caramel syrup into a zip lock bag then seal.
2.Into another zip lock bag add crushed ice and a table spoon of rock salt.
3.Place the sealed bag of ingredients into the bag of ice and salt, seal and roll around for 2 minutes until the ice cream starts to get thicker. Continue until the consistency is as thick as you desire, then remove and serve.
