Just when you thought an Aperol Spritz couldn't get any better, we added some hot honey. This spicy take on the cocktail classic is served over our super-sized Super Cubes and is guaranteed to be a firm favourite this summer.

Ingredients
x 2-3Super Cubes
x 1 Handful ofParty Ice
x 40ml ofAperol
x 45mlHot Honey Syrup
x Juice of1/2 a lemon
Garnish:Orange slice & Mini Chilli Pepper
Method
1.To make the hot honey syrup, muddle a slice of habanero in 30ml hot water, then add 60ml honey, stir to combine then strain out the habanero.
2.Add a handful of Party Ice to a cocktail shaker then add the Aperol, hot honey syrup and lemon juice. Shake well to combine.
3.Add 2-3 Super Cubes to a short glass and strain in the cocktail. Add the soda water then top up with prosecco, stir briefly and gently to combine.
4.To Serve, garnish with an orange slice and a mini chilli pepper. Enjoy your Hot Honey Aperol Spritz!
