Dalgona coffee with a chocolate twist, you have to give this iced mocha dalgona a try. Enjoy the comforts that a mocha brings, but find it's too warm in the summer for one? Look no further!

Ingredients

Blue sqiggle
  • x1 handful Party Ice
  • x1 tsp Coffee
  • x1 tsp Sugar
  • x1 tbsp Hot water
  • x2 squirts Chocolate syrup
  • x1 cup Milk
  • Garnish: Chocolate shavings

Method

Yellow sqiggle
  • 1. Add coffee, sugar and hot water to a bowl and whisk until you have stiff peaks.
  • 2. Combine milk and chocolate syrup in a glass and stir well.
  • 3. Add Party Ice to glass and spoon coffee mixture on top, garnish and serve.
