Ingredients
x 1 handfulParty Ice
x 1 handfulStrawberries (hulled)
x 45mlPatron Tequila Blanco
x 22.5mlCointreau
x 1tspSugar Syrup
x Juice of 1Lime
Garnish:Jellybeans & Strawberry Sauce
Method
1.Chop the jellybeans finely. Pour the strawberry sauce onto a plate and dip the rim of the glass into the sauce before pressing into the chopped jellybeans.
2.Muddle strawberries in the base of the shaker. Add Party Ice with the rest of the ingredients and shake well.
3.Strain into a coupe glass using a fine strainer. TIP: Use a spoon to clear the mesh if the liquid struggles to run through. Serve & enjoy!
