This year we're swapping out boring old baileys for Kin's new Toffee Cream Liqueur & making this Kin's Toffee White Russian a December Staple. Made with a delicious salted caramel rim and fresh cream, it's the perfect cocktail to cosy up by the log burner with this winter.

Ingredients
x 1 handfulParty Ice
x 2Super Cubes
x 50mlKin Toffee Cream Liqueur
x 25mlKahlua
x 30ml Double Cream
x 1tspCaramel Sauce
Garnish:Caramel Sauce & Sea Salt Flakes
Method
1.Add caramel sauce to a plate and dip in the rim of a rocks glass, add flaky sea salt to another plate and dip the rim of the glass to coat. Set aside.
2.Fill a cocktail shaker with Party Ice. Add the Kin Toffee Cream Liqueur, kahlua, cream and caramel sauce and shake well to combine.
3.Drizzle caramel sauce around the inside of your prepared glass and fill with Super Cubes. Pour your cocktail over the ice. Enjoy!
