We promised you a season of spritzes and here's our first spritz sharer, a deliciously refreshing Lemon and Blueberry Vodka Spritz. Garnished with fresh rosemary, this is one to save for your next garden party.

Ingredients

x 300g Blueberries
x 2 Lemons (thinly sliced)
x 400ml Vodka
x 120ml Simple Syrup
x 1L Lemon and Lime Sparkling Water
x 1 Bag of Polar Cube ice
Garnish: Rosemary & Lemon Slices

Method

1. Muddle blueberries, lemons and simple syrup until about half of the blueberries are smashed. Stir in the vodka and refrigerate for at least an hour.
2. Add the sparkling water and a few handfuls of Polar Cube Ice and stir.
3. Fill your glasses with Polar Cube ice then pour in your spritz. Twist a sprig of rosemary before adding to your glass and finish by garnishing with a lemon slice. Enjoy your Lemon and Blueberry Vodka Spritz!
