Celebrate St Patricks Day in style with this Leprechaun Mimosa! It's natural bright green colour makes it stand out from the crowd and it tastes fabulous!

Ingredients

Blue sqiggle
  • x2 handfuls Party Ice
  • x1 bottle Prosecco
  • x2 cups Orange Juice
  • x4 splashes Blue Curacao

Method

Yellow sqiggle
  • 1. Put x1 handful of ice into each glass and pour half fill with the Orange Juice and a splash of Blue Curacao.
  • 2. Top up with Prosecco and serve!
