It's just a few days until National Prosecco Day, get in the mood early with one of these refreshing Lillet Strawberry Spritzers.

Ingredients

Blue sqiggle
  • x 85ml Lillet Blanc
  • x 2 Strawberries (Sliced)
  • x 3 Sprigs of Thyme
  • x 150ml Prosecco
  • x 1 handful Polar Cube ice
  • Garnish: A sprig of thyme and a strawberry

Method

Yellow sqiggle
  • 1. Add the Lillet Blanc, strawberries and thyme to a glass before filling with Polar Cube ice.
  • 2. Add the prosecco and stir to combine.
  • 3. Garnish with a sprig of thyme and a strawberry. Enjoy your Lillet Strawberry Spritzer!
