No holiday this year? No problem, It's finally starting to feel like summer and what better way to celebrate than with a deliciously, ice-cold Limoncello Spritz.

Ingredients

Blue sqiggle
  • x 2 handfuls Polar Cube ice
  • x 60ml Limoncello
  • x 90ml Sparkling White Wine
  • Juice of 1/2 a Lemon
  • Top Up: Sparkling Water
  • Garnish: Lemon Wheels, Mint

Method

Yellow sqiggle
  • 1. In a large wine glass, add 2 handfuls Polar cube ice.
  • 2. Add the limoncello, lemon juice and sparkling white wine to your glass. Then top up with sparkling water, stirring briefly to mix.
  • 3. To serve garnish with lemon wheels and a sprig of fresh mint. Enjoy your Limoncello Spritz!
