Ingredients

Blue sqiggle
  • x1 handful Party Ice
  • x15ml Raspberry Liqueur
  • x15ml Cointreau
  • x30ml Vodka
  • x3 measures Pineapple juice
  • Top up: Prosecco
  • Garnish: Raspberries

Method

Yellow sqiggle
  • 1. Add the Cointreau, raspberry liqueur, vodka and pineapple juice to a shaker filled with Party Ice.
  • 2. Shake well, then strain into a martini glass.
  • 3. Garnish with a few raspberries and serve!
