The only mistletoe we'll be dealing with this year is thise Mistletoe Margarita! Made with the spirit of the cocktail classic in mind plus added festive cranberries, this is the perfect Christmas Day serve!

Ingredients

x 1 handful Party Ice
x 40ml Tequila Blanco
x 25ml Triple Sec
x 80ml Cranberry Juice
x 15ml Lime Juice
Garnish: 4 Cranberries, 2 large lime wedges, Sugar, Salt & a sprig of mint

Method

1. In a small bowl, toss 4 cranberries with the juice from a wedge of lime. Drain the excess juice, then toss the berries with 1tsp sugar. Add to a baking sheet to dry.
2. Add a 1tbsp salt and 1tbsp sugar to a plate and combine. Rub a lime wedge around the rim of your glass then dip into the mix to coat the rim.
3. Add 1 handful of party ice to a blender, then add the cranberry juice, tequila, triple sec and lime juice. Blend until smooth.
4. To serve, pour the frozen cocktail into your prepared glass and garnish with the sugared cranberries and a sprig of mint. Enjoy your Mistletoe Margaritas!
