It's a green takeover this St Patrick's Weekend and this Midori Sour is no different! A cocktail classic, served in a rocks glass, this sour sensation is guaranteed to get the party started.

Ingredients
x 1 handfulParty Ice
x 2Super Cubes
x 40mlMidori
x 20mlVodka
Juice of1/2 a lime
Juice of1/2 a lemon
Top up:Lemon & Lime Seltzer
Garnish:Honeydew Melon and a Marashino Cherry
Method
1.Fill a mixing glass with Party Ice and add the Midori, Vodka, Lemon and lime juice then stir to combine.
2.Add 2 Super Cubes to a rocks glass and strain the mixture over the ice. Top up with seltzer.
3.To serve, cut the melon into slices and use a cookie cutter to make 2 melon shamrocks, skewer these on a cocktail stick then add to your cocktail along with a maraschino cherry. Enjoy Mulligan’s Midori Sour!
