Mexico knows how to produce a good cocktail and whilst we all recognise a margarita, it's the Paloma we should be shouting about. Perfectly balanced with a pinch of salt, this delicious grapefruit cocktail goes nicely with a burger so save this one for your next BBQ.

Pink sqiggle OVERVIEW

Ingredients

Blue sqiggle
  • x 1 handful Polar Cube ice
  • x 1 Lime (Juiced)
  • x 50ml Tequila
  • Top Up: Pink Grapefruit Soda
  • Garnish: Salt rim, Grapefruit Wedge, Lime Wedge

Method

Yellow sqiggle
  • 1. Rub a lime wedge around the rim of the glass and dip into salt.
  • 2. Pour the lime juice and tequila into the glass and fill to the top with Polar Cube ice.
  • 3. Top up with Pink Grapefruit Soda and stir gently to combine. To serve, garnish with a wedge of grapefruit and enjoy!
