Who said Pimm's is just for the summer? If like us you're longing for the sun again now Christmas is over, why not give this Pimm's Festive Fizz a go and enjoy the best of both worlds.

Ingredients

Blue sqiggle
  • x 30ml Gin
  • x 5ml Ginger Syrup
  • x 5ml Grenadine
  • x 1 Egg White
  • x 25ml Fresh Lime Juice
  • x 30ml Pimm's No. 1 Liqueur
  • x 1 handful Party Ice
  • x 1 handful Polar Cube ice
  • Garnish: Fresh Cranberries

Method

Yellow sqiggle
  • 1. Add all ingredients to a shaker and shake well to make it frothy.
  • 2. Add a handful of Party Ice to your shaker and shake again to chill your cocktail.
  • 3. Fill your glass with Polar Cube ice and pour in your cocktail. Garnish with cranberries to serve. Enjoy your Pimm's Festive Fizz.
