A quintessentially British pitcher to celebrate the coronation, this Pink Gin Iced Tea serves up to 6 people and is guaranteed to go down a treat on a sunny day.

Ingredients

x 1 bag of Polar Cube
x 1 Chamomile Tea bag
x 100ml Pink Gin
x 100ml Spiced Rum
x 100ml Elderflower Cordial
x 100ml Pink Grapefruit Juice
Garnish: Sprigs of Thyme

Method

1. Brew the chamomile tea bag with 500ml boiling water for a few minutes before removing the teabag and leaving to cool.
2. Fill your jug with Polar Cube ice, saving a few cubes for each glass. Add the pink gin, rum, elderflower cordial, grapefruit juice and cooled tea to the jug and stir. Add in a few sprigs of thyme and stir again.
3. Fill glasses with Polar Cube and add the iced tea. Garnish with a sprig of thyme to serve, enjoy!
