Ingredients

Blue sqiggle
  • x 1 handful Party Ice
  • x 45ml Gin
  • x 15ml Cointreau
  • x 20ml Lemon Juice
  • x 3 Strawberries
  • x 1 Egg White
  • Top Up: Prosecco/Cremant
  • Garnish: Lemon Twist

Method

Yellow sqiggle
  • 1. Add strawberries to the bottom of your shaker and muddle. Fill your shaker with Party Ice.
  • 2. Add all ingredients to your shaker and shake well to combine.
  • 3. Double strain your cocktail into a coupe glass and top up with prosecco/sparkling wine. To serve, garnish with a lemon twist. Enjoy your Pink Lady cocktail!
