In true Platinum Jubilee spirit, we Introduce The Platinum Pimm's Pitcher! It's the perfect drink for those Jubilee celebrations and what better way to celebrate than a classic Pimm's! We have added sparkling wine and pink lemonade to make it extra special. It's quick and easy to make too!

Ingredients

Blue sqiggle
  • x2 handfuls Party Ice
  • x4 measures Pimm's No.1
  • x2 measures sparkling white wine
  • x500ml pink lemonade
  • x1 handful strawberries, sliced
  • x1 orange cut into wedges
  • x1/2 cucumber sliced
  • Garnish: x1 mint sprig

Method

Yellow sqiggle
  • 1. 1. Add the ice and fruit to a jug.
  • 2. 2. Add the Pimm's, wine and lemonade.
  • 3. 3. Stir well, garnish with mint and serve!
