Ingredients

x 3 handfuls Party Ice
x 90ml Pergola Drinks Poolside
x 15ml Blueberry Syrup
x 25ml Lime Juice
Top Up: Lemonade
Garnish: Lime wedge, sugar and blueberries

Method

1. In a cocktail shaker, add 2 handfuls of Party Ice then add the Poolside, blueberry syrup and lime juice. Shake well to combine.
2. Run a lime wedge around the rim of your glass before dipping into sugar to coat.
3. Fill your glass with Party Ice and strain in the cocktail, then top up with lemonade. To serve, garnish with fresh blueberries. Enjoy your Poolside Blueberry Lemonade Margarita!
