After keeping Ramsbury Distillery's cocktails ice-cold at Henley Festival last week, we've partnered up again to bring you this Ramsbury Passion Fruit Gin Fizz. Made with fresh passionfruit, this one is the ideal serve to beat the heatwave.

Ingredients

Blue sqiggle
  • x 3 Super Cubes
  • x 1 handful Party Ice
  • x 50ml Ramsbury London Dry Gin
  • x 60ml Lime Juice
  • x 2tsp Agave Nectar
  • x 2 Passion Fruits
  • Top Up: Tonic Water
  • Garnish: Lime Wheels

Method

Yellow sqiggle
  • 1. Fill a cocktail shaker with Party Ice and add your Ramsbury Gin, Agave Nectar and Lime Juice. Scoop out the inside of 2 passion fruits and add to the shaker. Shake well to combine.
  • 2. Fill your glass with Super Cubes and pour the cocktail over the ice. Top up with Tonic Water.
  • 3. To serve, garnish with lime wheels. Enjoy your Ramsbury Passion Fruit Gin Fizz!
