We're still living la dolce vita over here at Party Ice, why not cling onto summer a little bit longer with this Raspberry Limoncello Martini?!

Ingredients

Blue sqiggle
  • x 6 Raspberries
  • Juice of 1/2 a Lemon
  • x 15ml Cointreau
  • x 40ml Vodka
  • x 40ml Limoncello
  • x 2 handfuls Party Ice
  • Garnish: 1 Lemon Wedge, Sugar and a Raspberry

Method

Yellow sqiggle
  • 1. Add the raspberries and lemon juice to a shaker and muddle.
  • 2. Add remaining ingredients with the Party Ice and shake well to combine.
  • 3. Rim the edge of the glass using a lemon wedge and dip in sugar to coat the rim. Double strain in your martini and garnish with a fresh raspberry. Enjoy your Raspberry Limoncello Martini.
