A stylish sweet cocktail, the Raspberry Martini Fizz is perfect for when you want something a little fancy on a special occasion. Serve with Champagne instead of Prosecco if you want to go all out!

Ingredients

Blue sqiggle
  • x1 handful Polar Cube ice
  • x1 measure Martini Rosso
  • x1 measure Gin
  • x1/2 teaspoon Icing Sugar
  • x1 handful Raspberries
  • Top up Prosecco

Method

Yellow sqiggle
  • 1. Add the ice, Martini Rosso and gin to a cocktail shaker and shake for 30 seconds.
  • 2. Add the icing sugar to a glass and strain in the martini mix.
  • 3. Top with Prosecco, add the raspberries and serve.
