This is one for the gin lovers this summer, introducing the Rhubarb and Orange Negroni Fizz, made with delicious Rhubarb and Orange Gin from The Henley Distillery. Not only is this deliciously refreshing gin blend ideal for serving with tonic or ginger ale but it offers a delightful twist when served in a negroni.

Ingredients

Blue sqiggle
  • x 2 Super Cubes
  • x 20ml Henley Distillery Rhubarb & Orange Gin
  • x 20ml Campari
  • x 20ml Sweet Vermouth
  • Top Up: Tonic Water
  • Garnish: Orange Wheel

Method

Yellow sqiggle
  • 1. Add 2 Super Cubes to a rocks glass.
  • 2. Add the Rhubarb & Orange Gin, Campari and sweet vermouth.
  • 3. Top up with tonic water, then garnish with an orange wheel. Enjoy!
