Pink to make the boys wink this Valentine's Day. Made with our favourite pink wine, our Rose Cheeks cocktail is the perfect date night tipple or a sweet welcome drink for any Galentine's celebrations.

Ice Cubes Ice Cubes

Ingredients

Blue sqiggle
  • x 1 handful Party Ice
  • x 1 handful Polar Cube
  • x 25ml Vodka
  • x 15ml Lemon Juice
  • x 15ml Simple Syrup
  • x 90ml Rosé Wine
  • x 2 Blackberries
  • x 3 Basil Leaves

Method

Yellow sqiggle
  • 1. Add the vodka, lemon juice and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker. Add a blackberry and muddle together.
  • 2. Add 2 basil leaves and a handful of Party Ice then shake to combine. Add the rose wine and shake again.
  • 3. Fill your glass with Polar Cube ice and then strain in the cocktail. Garnish with a blackberry and a basil leaf to serve. Enjoy your Rosé Cheeks cocktail!
