x 1 handfulPolar Cube ice
x 110mlCoca-Cola
x 50mlWhite Rum
x 40mlCherry Juice
Garnish:A sprig of rosemary and a maraschino cherry
Method
1.Fill a Collins glass up with Polar Cube ice then add the rum, cherry juice and coca-cola. Stir gently to combine.
2.For the garnish, cut your rosemary into 2 2inch pieces, remove the leaves from the bottom half and insert into the top of the maraschino cherry to look like antlers.
3.Add a cocktail stick through the center of your cherry to balance on the side of the glass. Enjoy your Rum Rum Rodolph Cocktail!
