With Valentine's Day only a few days away, we simply can't get chocolate off the brain. Serenade that special someone this weekend with a Snickertini, inspired by the crunchy chocolate classic.

Ingredients

Blue sqiggle
  • x 1 handful Party Ice
  • x 2 Super Cubes
  • x 40ml Caramel Vodka
  • x 10ml Amaretto
  • x 10ml Bailey's Irish Cream
  • x 10ml Chocolate Liqueur
  • x 15ml Cream
  • Garnish: Chocolate and Caramel Sauce

Method

Yellow sqiggle
  • 1. Take a rocks glass and carefully drizzle line of the caramel and chocolate sauces around the inside of the glass. Leave in the fridge to set.
  • 2. Fill a cocktail shaker with Party Ice and add the vodka, amaretto, Bailey's, chocolate liqueur and heavy cream. Shake well to combine.
  • 3. To serve, pour your cocktail into the garnished glass. Enjoy your Snickertini!
