1.Take a rocks glass and rum a lime wedge around the rim. Add some smoked coarse sea salt to a plate and dip the rim of the glass into the salt to coat the rim of the glass and set aside.
2.Fill a cocktail shaker with Party Ice and add the mezcal, Cointreau and sour cherry syrup. Shake well to combine.
3.Add 2 Super Cubes to your glass and strain the cocktail over the ice. Garnish with a cherry to serve. Enjoy your Sour Cherry Mezcal Margarita.
