The weekend is finally here and we're celebrating with our twist on a classic cocktail, meet the Sparkling Greyhound. We've added some fizz as well as a sweet and sour rim to this iconic recipe, creating something special for you to try this Ginuary.

Ingredients
x 3 Super Cubes
x 60mlGin
x 120mlPink Grapefruit Juice
Top Up:Soda
Garnish:A Sprig of Rosemary, 2 Grapefruit Wedges, Sugar and Salt, Sugar Syrup
Method
1.Add a dash of sugar syrup to a plate and add the sprig of rosemary, rolling until fully coated. On another plate, sprinkle the sugar over the rosemary until fully coated. Set aside to dry.
2.Combine sugar and salt together on a saucer. Use a a grapefruit wedge to rim the glass before dipping into the mixture to coat.
3.Add the Super Cubes to the glass before adding the gin, juice and topping up with the soda.
4.To serve garnish with the remaining grapefruit wedge and the sugared rosemary. Enjoy your sparkling greyhound!
