It's almost time to celebrate our favourite women on the planet and what better way to do that this Mother's Day than with a Sparkling Peach Sangria.

Ingredients

Blue sqiggle
  • x 1 handful Polar Cube ice
  • x 1 handful Diced Peach
  • x 1 handful Diced Pineapple
  • x 12.5ml Sugar Syrup
  • x 20ml Pineapple Juice
  • x 12.5ml Peach Schnapps
  • x 90ml Sauvignon Blanc
  • Top Up: Prosecco
  • Garnish: Peach Slices & 2 Pineapple Fronds

Method

Yellow sqiggle
  • 1. Muddle your peaches, pineapple and sugar syrup in a glass.
  • 2. Add the schnapps, pineapple juice and sauvignon blanc.
  • 3. Fill your glass with polar cube, top with prosecco and stir to combine. To serve garnish with 2 peach slices and a few pineapple fronds. Enjoy your Sparkling Peach Sangria!
