x 1 handfulPolar Cube ice
x 1 handfulDiced Peach
x 1 handfulDiced Pineapple
x 12.5mlSugar Syrup
x 20mlPineapple Juice
x 12.5mlPeach Schnapps
x 90mlSauvignon Blanc
Top Up:Prosecco
Garnish:Peach Slices & 2 Pineapple Fronds
Method
1.Muddle your peaches, pineapple and sugar syrup in a glass.
2.Add the schnapps, pineapple juice and sauvignon blanc.
3.Fill your glass with polar cube, top with prosecco and stir to combine. To serve garnish with 2 peach slices and a few pineapple fronds. Enjoy your Sparkling Peach Sangria!
