Ingredients

X 1 handful Polar Cube
X 1 handful Party Ice
x 90ml Pineapple Juice
x 50ml Tequila
x 25ml Jalapeno Simple Syrup
A Squeeze of Lime Juice
Top Up: Sparkling Water
Garnish: L ime Wedge, Tajin and a Pineapple Slice

Method

1. Rub a lime wedge around the rim of the glass and dip into the tajin.
2. Fill a cocktail shaker with party ice and add the pineapple juice, tequila and jalapeño simple syrup. Shake well to combine.
3. Fill your glass with Polar Cube ice and strain in your cocktail. Top up with sparkling water and a squeeze of lime juice.
