Ingredients

x 1 handful Party Ice
x 1 handful Polar Cube ice
x 1 handful Strawberries (chopped)
x 50ml Gin
x 15ml Grenadine
x 1 scoop Vanilla Ice Cream
Top up: Lemon & Lime Sparkling Water
Garnish: Strawberry & a Sprig of Thyme

Method

1. Add your chopped strawberries and grenadine to a cocktail shaker and muddle.
2. Fill the cocktail shaker with Party Ice and add the gin and shake well to combine.
3. Fill your glass with Polar Cube ice. Strain the cocktail over the ice & top up with sparkling water. To serve, top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and garnish with a Strawberry and a sprig of thyme. Enjoy your Strawberries & Cream Gin Smash!
