Summer was made for margaritas and this Strawberry and Basil Margarita is no exception. Served ice-cold, these floral flavours are the perfect accompaniment to a summers day.

x 1 handfulParty Ice
x 2-3Super Cubes
x 40mlTequila
x 20mlCointreau
x 30mlLime Juice
x 15mlBasil Simple Syrup
x 60mlStrawberry Puree
Garnish:Salt, Lime, Sprig of Basil, Strawberry
Method
1.Rub a lime wedge around the rim of your glass and dip into salt to coat the rim.
2.Fill your shaker with Party Ice and add the tequila, cointreau, lime juice, basil syrup and strawberry puree. Shake well to combine.
3.Fill your glass with Super Cubes and strain your cocktail over the ice. To serve, garnish with a dehydrated lime, a fresh strawberry and a sprig of basil. Enjoy your Strawberry and Basil Margarita!
