Ice Cubes

Nothing says ‘Wimbledon’ quite like strawberries, and this appropriately named cocktail is a definite crowdpleaser. Fusing sweet tones of vanilla and strawberry with sharper notes of lime, it’s the ultimate taste sensation.

Ingredients

Blue sqiggle
  • x1 handfuls Party Ice
  • x1 handfuls Polar Cube ice
  • x2 measures Vanilla vodka
  • x1/2 measure Strawberry liqueur
  • x1 measure Sugar syrup
  • x1 measure Lime juice
  • Garnish: Scoop of vanilla ice cream and strawberries

Method

Yellow sqiggle
  • 1. Fill a cocktail shaker with Party Ice and add vanilla vodka, strawberry liqueur, sugar syrup and lime juice & shake well.
  • 2. Strain into a tumbler half-filled with Polar Cube ice.
  • 3. Garnish with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and strawberry then serve.
