We love to enjoy a spritz in the sun, why not transport yourself to Italy this weekend with our Strawberry Limoncello Spritz? Super quick and easy to make, this fruity number is the perfect choice for afternoon drinks.

Ingredients

Blue sqiggle
  • x 1 Strawberry (chopped)
  • x 30ml Limoncello
  • x 4 Polar Cube ice cubes
  • x 60ml Prosecco
  • Top Up: Lemon and Lime Soda Water
  • Garnish: Strawberry and a Lemon Slice

Method

Yellow sqiggle
  • 1. Add the strawberry to a rocks glass and muddle well.
  • 2. Add the limoncello and 4 Polar Cube ice cubes, stirring to combine. Add the prosecco and top up with lemon and lime soda water.
  • 3. Give everything a good stir, then garnish with a lemon slice and a whole strawberry. Serve and enjoy!
