The refreshing blend of flavours in this Sweet and Spicy Bourbon Breeze creates a serve that’s perfect for beating the summer heat.

Ingredients

Blue sqiggle
  • x 2 Super Cubes
  • x 45ml Bourbon
  • x 1 Strawberry (Chopped)
  • x 2-3 Slices of Jalapeno
  • x 15ml Lime Juice
  • x 90ml Ginger Beer
  • Garnish: Tajin, lime slice and a strawberry

Method

Yellow sqiggle
  • 1. Rub a lime wedge around the rim of the glass and dip into the tajin to coat the rim.
  • 2. Add the lime juice to the glass with the chopped strawberry and jalepenos and muddle together. Add the bourbon, ginger beer and 2 Super Cubes, stir to combine.
  • 3. Garnish with a Lime wheel, strawberry and a jalapeno slice to serve. Enjoy your Sweet and Spicy Bourbon Breeze!
