Halloween cocktail but make it classy, try The Grave Digger this spooky season. Made with smoky mezcal and spiced apple cider, this is one you'll want to keep sipping long after October is gone.

Ingredients

Blue sqiggle
  • x 1 handful Polar Cube ice
  • x 1 handful Party Ice
  • x 50ml Mezcal
  • x 50ml Spiced Apple Cider
  • Juice of 1/2 a Lemon
  • x 15ml Cointreau
  • x 2 dashes Orange Bitters
  • Top Up: Ginger Beer
  • Garnish: Sprig of Rosemary

Method

Yellow sqiggle
  • 1. Fill a cocktail shaker with Party Ice and add the mezcal, lemon juice, spiced apple cider, Cointreau and orange bitters. Shake well to combine.
  • 2. Fill a glass with Polar Cube ice and strain your cocktail over the ice.
  • 3. Top up with ginger beer and garnish with a rosemary sprig to serve. Enjoy your Grave Digger cocktail!
