As part of our 'Budget Smoothie' series, the Green Smoothie is packed full of tasty green goodness for just £1.12 per serving! Full of ingredients to fuel your body and mind, it will be sure to set you up for the day!

Ingredients

Blue sqiggle
  • x1 bag Party Ice
  • x1 bag Spinach
  • x1 bag Kale
  • x6 Apples
  • x1 tub Yoghurt

Method

Yellow sqiggle
  • 1. Sort the spinach and kale into 5 equal portions. Keep chilled in Tupperware.
  • 2. When ready, blend 1 portion with x1 apple chopped and skin removed, x1 tbsp of yogurt, x1 tsp of honey and x1 handful of Party Ice.
  • 3. Pour and serve!
