As far as cocktails go, you can't get one much better suited to autumn than this firey Haymaker. A perfect combination of a classic Manhattan and a tangy whiskey sour, this is one to cosy up around an open fire with.

x 1 handfulParty Ice
x 1 handfulPolar Cube Ice
x 2tspSugar
x 1tspLime Zest
x 25mlBourbon
x 25mlSweet Vermouth
x 7.5mlCointreau
Juice of1/2 a lime
x 1Lime Wedge
Method
1.Zest a lime and add 1 tsp to a plate with the sugar, mixing together to combine. Rim the glass with a lime wedge and roll in the sugar mixture to coat the rim. Set aside for later.
2.Fill a cocktail shaker with Party Ice and add the Bourbon, Sweet Vermouth, Cointreau and juice of 1/2 a lime. Shake well.
3.Fill your glass with Polar Cube ice then pour in your cocktail. Enjoy your Haymaker cocktail!
