As part of our 'Gins of the Month' for World Gin Day...Tinker Pink Gin created by the founders of Ginfestival.com is a small batch gin which can be described as a refreshing, light and delicate, with a beautiful burst of fresh strawberries.

Ingredients

Blue sqiggle
  • x 3-4 Super Cubes
  • x 2 measures Tinker Pink Gin
  • x 1 measure Raspberry Liqueur
  • Top up Fever Tree Mediterranean Tonic
  • Garnish Strawberries & Mint

Method

Yellow sqiggle
  • 1. Add Super Cubes to a tumbler.
  • 2. Pour in the gin, raspberry liqueur and top up with Mediterranean tonic. Stir well...
  • 3. Garnish with strawberries and mint and serve.
