Tiramisu is a Christmas Day staple in many households, but we’re switching it up this year... meet the Tiramisu White Russian. Served ice-cold over our Super Cubes and dusted with cocoa powder, this rum cocktail is the perfect aperitif to end the day with.

Ingredients

Blue sqiggle
  • x 2 Super Cubes
  • x 50ml Cream
  • x 5ml Sugar
  • x 50ml Dark Rum
  • x 50ml Kahlua
  • Garnish: Lady Finger Biscuit & Cocoa Powder

Method

Yellow sqiggle
  • 1. Pour 50ml of cream and a spoonful of sugar into a Mason jar and shake until whipped.
  • 2. Pour 50ml of Kahlua and 50ml of Dark Rum into a short glass of Super Cubes.
  • 3. Use a spoon to scoop the whipped cream over the contents of the glass, use the back of the spoon to smooth.
  • 4. Garnish with one Ladyfinger Biscuit and a sprinkle of cocoa powder, enjoy!
