Tiramisu is a Christmas Day staple in many households, but we’re switching it up this year... meet the Tiramisu White Russian. Served ice-cold over our Super Cubes and dusted with cocoa powder, this rum cocktail is the perfect aperitif to end the day with.

Ingredients
x 2 Super Cubes
x 50mlCream
x 5mlSugar
x 50mlDark Rum
x 50mlKahlua
Garnish:Lady Finger Biscuit & Cocoa Powder
Method
1.Pour 50ml of cream and a spoonful of sugar into a Mason jar and shake until whipped.
2.Pour 50ml of Kahlua and 50ml of Dark Rum into a short glass of Super Cubes.
3.Use a spoon to scoop the whipped cream over the contents of the glass, use the back of the spoon to smooth.
4.Garnish with one Ladyfinger Biscuit and a sprinkle of cocoa powder, enjoy!
