Bonfire weekend is coming up, so why not try this delicious Toffee Apple cocktail? This quick and easy cocktail pairs tart apple juice with sweet, salted caramel syrup. Completed with a sparkler to garnish, this one’s a guaranteed showstopper!

Ingredients

Blue sqiggle
  • x 1 handful Party Ice
  • x 2 Super Cubes
  • x 50ml Vodka
  • x 50ml Cloudy Apple Juice
  • x 25ml Salted Caramel Syrup
  • Garnish: 2 Slices of Apple and a Mini Sparkler

Method

Yellow sqiggle
  • 1. Fill a cocktail shaker with Party Ice and add all ingredients. Shake well to combine.
  • 2. Add two super cubes to a rocks glass and strain the cocktail over the ice.
  • 3. Garnish with two slices of apple and a mini sparkler. Enjoy your Toffee Apple Cocktail!
