To mark what's hopefully the last of the rain this summer, we've teamed up with our friends at Kin Vodka to create a delightful summer ready cocktail with their Toffee Lemon Vodka. The Toffee Lemon Summer Sling is super fruity with that recognisable creamy toffee taste.

Ingredients

Blue sqiggle
  • x 1 handful Party Ice
  • x 1 handful Polar Cube Ice
  • x 40ml Toffee Lemon Kin Vodka
  • x 15ml Passoa
  • x 10ml Sugar Syrup
  • x 50ml Pineapple Juice
  • x 50ml Orange Juice
  • Garnish: Lemon Wheel

Method

Yellow sqiggle
  • 1. Fill a shaker with Party Ice and add all the ingredients. Shake well.
  • 2. Fill a glass with Polar Cube ice and strain the cocktail over the ice.
  • 3. To serve, garnish with a lemon wheel and enjoy!
