Celebrate St Patrick's Day Polar Cube style with our twist on the modern classic, the Top O' the Melon Ball. This tropical tipple is perfect for sharing, but we wouldn't blame you for enjoying one alone either.

Ingredients

Blue sqiggle
  • x1 Handful Polar Cube ice
  • x 50ml Midori
  • x 25ml Vodka
  • Top Up: Pineapple Juice
  • Garnish: Shamrock shaped melon or melon balls.

Method

Yellow sqiggle
  • 1. Slice melon into rounds and cut into shamrock shapes.
  • 2. Add Polar Cube ice to glass along with a few melon shapes.
  • 3. Pour Midori, Vodka into the glass, top up with Pineapple Juice and stir. Garnish with a larger piece of melon to serve.
