With the new Wonka film out, what better way to celebrate than with a themed cocktail. This one will make you feel truly spoilt, introducing the Veruca’s Salted Caramel Swirl. Whilst it looks beautifully sweet on the outside, don’t underestimate the salty kick once you take a sip.

Ingredients

Blue sqiggle
  • x 1 handful Party Ice
  • x 1 handful Polar Cube Ice
  • x 30ml Vanilla Vodka
  • x 20ml Irish Cream Liqueur
  • Garnish: edible gold dusting, fudge, sea salt and caramel for rim

Method

Yellow sqiggle
  • 1. Dip rim of glass into a plate of caramel syrup then sea salt.
  • 2. Add 30ml Vanilla Vodka and 20ml of Irish Cream Liqueur into a shaker of Party Ice and shake.
  • 3. Pour contents into glass and garnish with gold fudge on a stick.
