x 60mlBlueberry Gin
x 30mlViolet Syrup

Method
1.Add the pear, honey and a handful of Party Ice to a blender and blend until you get a thick, slushie like consistency. Set aside.
2.Add the gin, violet syrup, floral bitters and a handful of Party Ice to a blender and blend until you get a thick, slushie like consistency. Set aside.
3.Add the pear mix to your glass first then layer the gin mixture on top. Stir then garnish with orange zest. Enjoy your Violet & Orange Granita!
